Feeding Our Future

Through Feeding Our Future, the League is committed to alleviate child hunger in Gainesville-Hall County by providing chronically hungry children and their households with nutritious and easy-to-prepare food through school distributions. The Feeding Our Future program has grown to serve hundreds of families within multiple schools in the Gainesville City and Hall County School Districts.

We have many women and children that depend on us, and we are  determined to support them and provide them with the items they need.

We have partnered with the schools to open up pantries inside the school system to better serve families with children throughout the school year. We have a fully operational pantry at Lyman Hall Elementary School, Gainesville High School Hub, and Sugar Hill Elementary School for the 2024-2025 school year. Families of Gainesville City students should reach out to their school social worker if they are in need of food.
